Privacy policy
Updated 5 November 2026
Lumeva Search respects your privacy. This policy explains, in plain English, what we collect through this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Details you type into our forms: your name, agency, suburbs, mobile number, email address and any notes.
- For the Free Google Check: the name, agency, suburb and state you enter. The check doesn’t ask for your mobile or email.
- Basic technical information our host keeps to run and protect the site, such as your internet address and the pages requested.
We don’t use analytics or advertising cookies, and we don’t track you across other websites.
How we use it
- To run your Free Google Check, audit or build, and to contact you about it by text, email or phone.
- To send you your monthly visibility report if you’re on a plan.
- We don’t sell your details, and we don’t add you to marketing lists without asking.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the site and deliver our work:
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website, stores Free Google Check results and forwards form details and emails to us.
- Google, which answers the Free Google Check questions (see below) and provides the inbox where our email arrives.
- Our payment provider, when you pay by the secure link we send. They handle your card details; we never see your full card number.
These services may store data outside Australia, including in the United States.
The Free Google Check
When you run the check, the name, agency and suburb you enter are sent to Google’s Gemini API so it can answer the three questions. We use Google’s free tier, under which Google may use what is sent to improve its products, so please don’t enter anything you wouldn’t want shared. Contact details are never sent to Google.
We keep the result for seven days so that running the check again doesn’t repeat the search. We keep an anonymous record of the score and suburb (with no name or contact details) to improve the scoring. To stop misuse, we count how many checks come from each internet address each day, and that count is deleted after a day.
We may contact you once about your result using the business contact details you publish as an agent, and we won’t contact you again if you ask us not to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and client details for as long as we’re working together, and afterwards only as long as we need them for our records and the law. Ask us and we’ll delete what we don’t need to keep.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time, and ask us to stop contacting you. Call or text 0468 130 546 or email hello@lumevasearch.com.
Complaints
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, tell us first and we’ll try to fix it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
