Terms

These terms apply to services from Lumeva Search. By ordering, you agree to them.

Prices

Prices are shown in Australian dollars on our pricing page, and they’re the total you pay: no GST is added. We send a secure payment link by text or email; nothing is charged until you’ve agreed the details with us. Founding rates are available for our first few agents in exchange for a case study. Ask us on your call.

Audits, previews and the 14-day credit

• Your audit fee or deposit is credited in full against your build if you continue within 14 days of receiving your audit or preview.
• Your private preview link stays live for those same 14 days.
• If you don't continue, the audit is yours to keep. Website files and your domain are handed over once the build is paid.

• The 14 days start on the day we send your audit or your preview link.
• The credit applies once, to a website build ordered within those 14 days.
• If we can’t deliver your audit or preview, we refund you in full.
• Once your audit or preview has been delivered, the fee isn’t refundable for a change of mind. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: if what we deliver isn’t done with due care and skill, or isn’t what we described, we’ll fix it or refund you.

Website builds

• We agree the scope in writing before the build starts.
• If you started with the $390 audit + homepage, that deposit comes off the build price. The remaining balance is due when you approve the finished site, before it goes live on your domain.
• Your domain is registered in your name. We pay for it for as long as you’re on any monthly plan. Domains are renewed a year at a time, so if you leave, it’s already paid up to its next renewal date, and from then on you renew it yourself.
• The website files are handed over once the build is paid in full.

Monthly plans

• Essentials is month to month. Growth and Premium have a 6-month minimum, then continue month to month.
• Plans start from the month your site goes live, and are billed monthly in advance.
• Cancel with 30 days’ notice after any minimum term. We’ll hand over your files and help you move hosting.
• What’s included: content updates (text, photos, reviews, contact details) on every plan; design updates (colours, fonts, photos, section order) on Growth and Premium; layout changes and new sections or pages on Premium. Requests are handled in a fair, reasonable volume for a single agent’s site.
• Work outside your plan is quoted before we start.

Our guarantees

Preview guarantee · Audit + homepage

See your homepage live before you commit. Don’t love it? Walk away and keep the audit.

• You pay the $390 deposit, and we deliver your full audit and your homepage on a private preview link.
• If you don’t want to continue, you owe nothing more and the audit is yours to keep.
• If you continue within 14 days, the deposit is credited in full against your build.

Name guarantee · Any site, with a Growth or Premium plan

Your site on page one of Google for your name within 60 days of launch, or your plan is free each month until it is.

• We check a Google search for your full name and “real estate” (for example “Nina Ashdown real estate”), from Australia, in a private window.
• If your name is shared with someone well known, we agree the exact search with you before launch, such as your name and your suburb.
• The 60 days start when your site goes live on your own domain, and your plan needs to be active and paid up.
• It isn’t offered with Essentials, which doesn’t include the ongoing search work.

Visibility guarantee · Growth and Premium plans

If your visibility score hasn’t improved by your 6-month mark, we keep working free until it does.

• We compare the score in your first monthly report with your score at month 6, using the same seller questions.
• You do your part: send the review requests we set up after each sale, and reply to drafts we send for approval within 5 business days.
• Free means your monthly fee is waived each month until your score beats your first report.
• It doesn’t promise a ranking position or that any AI tool will name you. Nobody can honestly promise that.

These guarantees are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which can’t be excluded.

Search and AI results

We can’t control Google or AI tools, so apart from the guarantees above, we don’t guarantee rankings or mentions. We measure and report how you appear each month against an agreed set of questions.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to use the photos, reviews and information you give us, and that your listings and claims comply with the rules that apply to you as an agent, including your agency’s policies.
